Play-a-thon

Our Award-winning Aledo Band is doing a Play-A-Thon on September 11th at the Shops of
Willow Park (AHS Band Small Chamber Ensembles only) and Bearcat Stadium (The Entire 6-12 Grade Aledo Band Program). ● We will be providing entertaining music and perform a few combined pieces with our middle school band. One combined selection will be for the 20th anniversary of 9-11. ● We will be raising funds for the Aledo Band and we will be accepting donations & pledges. ● Last but certainly not least, we are honoring music education in our community. |
The funds and donations raised will help support the programs of the Aledo Band (grades 6-12)
with travel, equipment, supplies, scholarships, social activities, instruments, band recruitment, and private lesson aide. Each student has received an envelope with a donation sheet. On the back of this page is a tracker for donations. All donations will need to be turned into your child’s Band Director no later than September 10th. Your child’s fundraising goal is $100. Our goal is for every Aledo Band student (6th - 12th) to participate and help raise $40K for the band program! |
